Overall Major Prizes
Each cash prize will be transferred via online bank transfer by the Promoter to a verified bank account nominated by the relevant Overall Major Prize.
The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the Overall Major Prize winners via email. If, after 28 days of Notification of a winner, that winner has not claimed their prize, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and give it to the next highest ranked entrant.
Weekly Minor Prizes
The Promoter will contact each Weekly Minor Prize winner and:
1. collect the winner’s address to send the official Gilbert Super Rugby Pacific Rugby Ball. The ball will be sent to the winner’s provided address at the Promoter’s own cost; and
2. provide the winner with a unique voucher code and instructions as to how to activate it. Vouchers do not cover shipping costs. However, the Promoter will reimburse the winner for any shipping and other costs that are charged when using the voucher meaning that there is no cost to the winner when using the prize voucher.
If after making all reasonable enquiries, the Promoter is unable to award a Weekly Minor Prize to a Weekly Minor Prize winner because it cannot locate the Weekly Minor Prize winner or because of other special circumstances, the prize will be taken to be unclaimed by that Weekly Minor Prize winner. The Promoter will publish information about any Weekly Minor Prize winners that are unable to be located on the Website by midnight (NZDT/NZST) on the first Thursday after the completion of each Round.
In the event of a Weekly Minor Prize being unclaimed by midnight (NZDT/NZST) Friday after the completion of each Round, that prize will be awarded to the entrant with the next highest points total for the relevant regular Season Round after the Weekly Minor Prize winners for that Season Round who have claimed their prize (“Next Weekly Minor Prize Winner”). If after a reasonable period (such time being no less than fourteen (14) days), and after the Promoter makes all reasonable enquiries and efforts to locate and advise the Next Weekly Minor Prize Winner that they have been awarded the relevant prize, the Next Weekly Minor Prize Winner does not claim that prize, that prize will be awarded to the entrant with the next highest points total for the relevant regular Season Round after the Next Weekly Minor Prize Winner. This process of awarding the relevant prize to the entrant with the next highest total points for the relevant regular Season Round after the entrant who was previously awarded the prize but did not claim it will repeat until a prize winner is located and the prize is claimed.
The Promoter reserves the right to allocate spot prizes at any time during the season to eligible entrants. No cash alternative is available
